Welcome to TalentBridge ("we", "our", "us"). These Terms of Service govern your use of our website at talentbridge.digital and all related services. By registering or using TalentBridge, you agree to these terms in full.

2. Who We Are

TalentBridge is an online recruitment portal based in the United Kingdom, connecting candidates with employers and recruiters. Our registered email is info@talentbridge.digital.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current and complete information when registering
• Use a real email address — temporary or disposable emails are not permitted
• Keep your password secure and not share it with anyone
• Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use of your account
• Be at least 18 years old to register and use TalentBridge

4. Candidate Terms

As a candidate you agree that:

• All information in your profile, CV and applications is truthful and accurate
• You will not misrepresent your qualifications, experience or identity
• You will not submit applications for roles you are not genuinely interested in
• CVs and application materials must be your own original work
• You grant TalentBridge permission to share your application with employers you apply to

5. Employer Terms

As an employer you agree that:

• All job postings are genuine, legal positions available at your organisation
• Job descriptions are accurate and not misleading
• You will not post discriminatory job listings
• You will handle candidate data in compliance with UK GDPR and data protection laws
• Subscription fees are non-refundable once the billing period has started

6. Recruiter Terms

As a recruiter you agree that:

• You have authorisation from your clients to post jobs on their behalf
• You will not misrepresent the companies you recruit for
• You will comply with all applicable recruitment industry regulations

7. Prohibited Conduct

You must not use TalentBridge to:

• Post fake, spam or fraudulent job listings
• Scrape, harvest or collect data from the platform without permission
• Harass, abuse or harm other users
• Upload malicious files, viruses or harmful code
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform
• Violate any applicable UK or international laws

8. Intellectual Property

All content on TalentBridge — including the design, logo, text, features and code — is owned by TalentBridge and protected by copyright. You may not copy, reproduce or distribute our content without written permission.

By uploading a CV or profile content, you grant TalentBridge a non-exclusive licence to use that content solely to provide our services to you.

9. AI CV Builder

Our AI CV Builder is powered by Claude AI (Anthropic). The CV content generated is provided as a starting point and you are responsible for reviewing, editing and ensuring accuracy before using it in any application. TalentBridge does not guarantee that AI-generated content will be suitable for any specific role.

10. Third Party Job Listings

Some jobs on TalentBridge are sourced from third party job boards (including Adzuna and Reed). These listings are provided for convenience and TalentBridge is not responsible for the accuracy, availability or legitimacy of third party job listings. Clicking "Apply" on a partner listing will take you to the third party site.

11. Payments and Subscriptions

Employer and recruiter subscription plans are processed securely via Stripe. By subscribing you authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. You may cancel at any time but we do not offer refunds for unused portions of a billing period.

12. Limitation of Liability

TalentBridge provides the platform as a service to connect candidates and employers. We are not a party to any employment contract and are not liable for:

• The outcome of any job application or hiring decision
• The accuracy of third party job listings
• Any loss of earnings or opportunity arising from use of the platform
• Technical downtime or interruptions to service

13. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, post fraudulent content, or misuse the platform. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at info@talentbridge.digital.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify registered users by email of any significant changes. Continued use of TalentBridge after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

15. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
